Why do I need to register to use the application?

You will need to register an user account to use the application. The registration step will requires you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information such as Phone Number, Email, Name and Gender. Reason is that you may submit feedback/complain about the bus services from the application. Our operation team will process these feedbacks and act upon them as necessary.

At the end, for better user engagement and experience, we will want to update you regarding the action taken through the personal information you provided during registration, either by Phone Message or Email.

I have registered an account, do I need to activate it to be able to login?

The 2 steps registration-activation process was dropped. Your user account should have been activated once registration step is completed.

However, please ensure the email account used for user account registration is your valid email account. We will be using that as a formal channel to contact you for updates on feedback submitted to the system from the app.

I have tried the above step, but I am still not able to login!

If none of the above helps, you may contact our support team (either by email or phone call to us). Our support team will be able to help you through the account registration and login process.

I forgot my password :(

Under the login screen in GO KL application, there is an option for us to reset our password.

You may click on that password reset link, and provide us with the email that you used for account registration. A password reset email will be sent to your corresponding email address. You may follow the instructions in that email to reset your password.

I would like to feedback about the Bus Service

GO KL application was designed for better user engagement. We have incorporated a feedback function within the system for user to submit their feedback regarding the service and for our operation team to process and improve our service.

In the side menu on the Home screen upon successful login, there is a menu item for us to open the feedback screen. You may select the relevant topic that you would like to feedback on and submit to us your opinion about our service.

Your feedback is highly appreciated and we truly believe that with your support and feedback, we will be able to provide better service in the future to the Kuala Lumpur Citizens.
